WALLINGFORD – A water main break lead to the early dismissal for Pond Hill elementary school Monday.
Students were scheduled to be dismissed at 1:20 p.m. After school YMCA programs were also cancelled.
School officials said if no one was home, the child would be brought to Stevens elementary school for pickup.
