STAMFORD–Police have made an arrest in a double-fatal accident that occurred in November.

On Nov. 7 at 10:37 p.m. there was a two-car accident on West Main Street involving a 2007 BMW 328xi station wagon and a 2002 Nissan Altima. The BMW was heading west on West Main Street across Alvord Lane when it was struck on the passenger side by the Altima, which was heading south on Alvord Lane and didn’t obey the red light.

A passenger of the Altima, Henry Nixon, 50, of Stamford, was ejected from the car onto the road. He later died from his injuries. Both Anthony Andriulli, 73, of Cos Cob and his wife, Judith Andriulli, 70, needed to be extricated from the car. Judith, who was the passenger, died early the next day as a result of her injuries from the crash.

The driver of the Altima fled on foot, and has since been identified as Felicia D. Burl, 32, of Bridgeport.

Burl is being charged with two counts of manslaughter in the second degree, assault in the second degree and two counts of felony evading responsibility. She is being held on a $500,000 bond and is due in court on Dec. 4.
