DURHAM — State Police arrested a man after he was involved in a car crash on Route 17.
According to state police, the crash was reported at 4:30 p.m. in the area of Birch Mill Road and Parmelee Hill Road.
Thomas Hanchuruck, 65, of Durham, was taken into custody and charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in a proper lane.
His bond was set at $10,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on December 26th.
