Holiday Snowball Cake

1 store bought/bakery vanilla cake

1 can white frosting (can use marshmallow fluff)

1 8 oz bag of coconut

edible glitter in white

Frost cake using icing of choice. Pat coconut to the sides of the cake and sprinkle on the top. Add the edible glitter for a holiday sparkle

Holiday Trifle

1 store bought/bakery rectangular pound cake

prepared vanilla pudding

cool whip

2 tablespoons Kahlua, bourbon or liqueur  of your choice

fresh raspberries

confectionery sugar- garnish

Run a sharp knife around the perimeter of the cake, leaving a 1 inch border around the whole cake, making sure not to go through the bottom. We are going to scoop out the cake and make a bowl and set aside

In a large bowl, flavor cool whip with liqueur of choice, fold in vanilla pudding. Add cake cubes and fresh raspberries. Stir gently to combine. Spoon into the cake hollow, piling high. Place a few fresh raspberries for garnish, a spring of mint and a generous sprinkle of confectionery sugar for a garnish. Slice and enjoy!

Chocolate Cake

1 chocolate cake, store bought/bakery

1 box of chocolate truffles, any kind

1 jar chocolate fudge sauce (can use melted chocolate) for drizzle

edible gold (available on internet)

Melt chocolate or hot fudge and drizzle on the top of cake, let this set. Open truffles and place into the center hole of the cake. If there isn't one, make one!

If using edible gold, place little pieces on to the top of the cake. Slice and enjoy!
