MILFORD – A restaurant worker received minor injuries when he was stabbed by an unruly patron Monday night according to police.
Police said Daniel Woodhouse, 27 of Milford, was charged with assault, breach of peace, and criminal mischief after he became unruly at the Redwood Restaurant. Police said Woodhouse was agitated for an unknown reason and damaged a juke box.
An employee approached the man and police said Woodhouse struck him in the face. The employee attempted to restrain Woodhouse for police when Woodhouse allegedly stabbed him in the back twice. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was treated and released.
Woodhouse was held on $500,000 bond.
