PLYMOUTH — Plymouth Police have arrested Anthony Hernandez, 29, of Danbury in connection with a hit and run accident back in October.
On Oct. 25, 2014, the accident on N. Main Street, Terryville, injured teenager on a bike, police said.
Hernandez was charged with Evading Responsibility, Reckless Driving, Operating a Motor Vehicle while Under Suspension, Failure to Drive Right, and Passing in a No Passing Zone.
Hernandez turned himself to the Danbury Police Department late Saturday morning and Plymouth Police responded and transported him back to Plymouth.
Hernandez is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
He will be arraigned at Bristol Superior Court Monday morning.
