EAST HARTFORD–Police have made an arrest in a July murder.
Larry Williams, 18, of Hartford, was arrested on Barbour Street in Hartford on Monday in connection to the shooting death of Michael Mikulske on July 2.
Willimas was charged with murder, attempted first-degree assault, use of a firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree threatening.
Police announced on July 11 that they were searching for Williams.
