HARTFORD — The Fox CT family has a new member this morning!
Fox CT meteorologist Rachel Frank and her husband Aram have welcomed a new baby into the world.
The baby, Andon Allan, and mom are happy and healthy.
Andon weighs 8 pounds and 1 ounce.
He has blond hair and blue eyes.
Congratulations to Rachel and Aram!
