WINDSOR LOCKS--Leave some extra time in your itinerary if you plan to travel over the next few days.

The TSA is not only advising fliers to leave presents unwrapped in case an agent needs to take a closer look, but officials at Bradley International Airport want to warn travelers to check with airlines about cancelations and delays as a weather system rolls into New England, and other weather systems cover much of the U.S.

If you plan to drive to your Christmas dinner, make sure to remember that slow and steady wins the race. Connecticut State Police are stepping up enforcement Tuesday through Friday as part of Operation S.A.N.T.A--or stop another needless accident.
