Fire damages Meriden condo complex on New Year’s morning

MERIDEN -- A fire broke out Thursday morning at a condo complex in Meriden.

Fortunately no one was injured, but the exterior of the building was damaged.

It happened on Woodland Ridge and the fire chief says a car caught fire while in the driveway and spread to the home.

The interior damage was minimal.

The Fire Marshal is still investigating.
