KILLINGLY — A woman is dead after a four-car accident on Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened around 3:30 p.m. on I-395.
Kathleen Jackson, 19, of Rogers was driving south near exit 91 when she made contact with another vehicle. She then crossed into the northbound lanes where she was stuck by two other vehicles.
Jackson was pronounced dead shortly after the crash.
One other driver suffered from minor injuries.
