NEW YORK (PIX11) – A woman snubbed by her date on the Knicks kiss-cam has gone viral after she locked lips with the stranger next to her.
In a video posted to YouTube, the couple appeared on the kiss-cam at the Knicks game at Madison Square Garden against the Houston Rockets on Thursday.
When the man showed no interest in looking up from his phone, fans began screaming and trying to get his attention.
The woman then turns to the apparent stranger next to her and kisses him.
While it’s possible that the entire incident was a stunt, it had fans talking throughout the rest of the game.
According to the Daily Mail, the video was filmed by a British tourist visiting family in New York.
The man told the Daily Mail that after the incident, people high-fived the guy she kissed.
