WATERBURY–State Police have arrested a man in connection to a child pornography investigation.
Michael Connelly, 53, of Sharon Road in Waterbury, was arrested on Thursday and charged with third-degree possession of child pornography.
Connelly is a court marshal in Waterbury. He was arrested twice in December–once for promoting prostitution and once for stealing from a Stop & Shop.
He was released on a $20,000 bond and is due in court on February 4.
