Another Hartford firefighter arrested for operating under the influence

HARTFORD — A member of the Hartford Fire Department is on paid administrative leave after he was arrested for operating under the influence.

Vernon Police arrested Firefighter Michael Digiacomo, 56, on January 21st and charged him with operating under the influence and failure to drive right. The Hartford Fire Department learned of Digiacomo’s arrest on Saturday night.

Digiacomo has been an employee with the Hartford Fire Department since 1999.
