The victim, a 30 year-old New York resident who also happens to be the father of Person’s child, was confronted by Person on the corner for unknown reasons, where he was allegedly slapped, punched, thrown into the snow, and then kicked while down.  Prior to the police arriving on the scene, Person followed the victim back to her apartment, where she then doused him with liquid bleach.  He sustained minor injuries and refused medical treatment.

Person was charged with Assault in the 2nd and 3rd degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 1st degree, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, and Breach of Peace in the 2nd degree.  She is being held on a $20,000 surety bond.
