HARTFORD – The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon went to painstaking lengths to recreate the hallowed halls of the classic 90s show, Saved By the Bell, and managed to bring together two thirds of the original cast, including Zack Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar), A.C. Slater (Mario Lopez), Jessie Spano (Elizabeth Berkeley), Kelly Kapowski (Tiffani Thiessen), and even a Mr. Belding cameo.

The short includes everything a SBTB fan could want in a reunion, missing only Screech and Lisa, but recreating several memorable show moments, including Zack’s “time-out” sequences, A.C.’s impromtu ballet dances, and Jessie’s speed-crazed meltdown.  It also inserts a goofy-looking Jimmy Fallon as a Bayside student, explaining his desire to leave Los Angeles and move to New York City to become a member of Saturday Night Live and, eventually, host his own talk show.

The cast still looks great, 25 years after Saved By the Bell originally premiered, but let’s not forget their teenage years!
