Enjoy the day today and tomorrow as we will have a break from the snow, allowing us to dig out. Clouds start the day, but sunshine emerges and helps move temps up into the low 30s. Wednesday is quiet and cold as well, with highs in the 20s. Then, we wait and wonder about a clipper approaching from the Northwest on Thursday. This storm has the potential to bring us some snow as it picks up energy offshore, but there is a chance that the storm takes a more eastern track, sparing the region a big snowstorm which would be great news for all of us. We'll watch it closely.

Today: Partly sunny, pleasant. High: 28-33.

Wednesday: Partly sunny, high around 25.

Thursday: More snow is expected, developing during the mid-day and afternoon hours. Periods of light snow Thursday night. High: 20s; low: 20.

Friday: Snow in the morning, then gradually clearing, becoming blustery and bitterly cold. High: teens.

Saturday: Partly sunny. High: 12.

Sunday: Brutally cold. Highs: 5-10.
