PITTSBURGH — Sriracha lovers rejoice as 2015 continues the trend of making everything sriracha flavored. The latest victim? Heinz ketchup. The companies most famous product is getting a make over by adding the popular Thai hot sauce flavors of chili pepper paste, garlic and vinegar to the sweet taste of regular ketchup.
The Huffington Post is reporting that the new condiment will debut later this month at select retailers like Target and Wal-Mart, joining Heinz’s other flavored ketchup, jalapeno, balsamic vinegar and Tabasco.
Heinz recommends using the sriracha ketchup with french fries, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken and just about anything you would put regular ketchup on!
