New sleep guidelines are age-specific

HARTFORD -- Getting a good night’s sleep can be a challenge. But a lack of it can leave us feeling drowsy, depressed, and can eventually lead to bigger health problems.

The National Sleep Foundation has just released its new guidelines for all ages.

Doctor Asher Qureshi, the director of the sleep disorders center at Saint Francis Hospital joined anchor Jenn Bernstein for a look at the new recommendations.
