HOLLYWOOD – Glee wrapped filming on it’s sixth and final season on the weekend of February 22, and none felt the emotions quite like star Lea Michele.

Throughout the weekend, Michele posted a series of Tweets recalling the last six years with her co-stars and fellow Gleeks, ending with a touching photo of her walking off set with the late Cory Monteith’s framed Glee jersey.

Monteith, who played Finn Hudson on Glee‘s first four seasons and died in July 2013 of an overdose, was Michele’s boyfriend.

“I can’t believe tomorrow is our last day at glee. It is going to be such an emotional day. But I’m so grateful though to have had…this incredibly amazing experience,” Michele shared on Twitter before the final day of taping. “Thank you so much to all of our amazing Gleeks who supported us so much! I love you guys. We were so lucky to have had the most amazing crew who worked so hard everyday to make the show amazing. I’m so grateful for them…So thank you all again so much from the bottom of my heart. I will miss Rachel Berry so very much.”

Many of the other Glee stars took to Twitter to express their mixed emotions on the final taping.

The two hour series finale of Glee airs on Friday, March 20 at 9 p.m.
