IRVINE, CA- There has been a lot of excitement lately in the food world, (hello, edible coffee cups) but this new creation has the potential to be huge. Taco Bell is testing out Cap’n Crunch Delights, essentially a doughnut hole with milk flavored icing inside.

Food Beast was exclusively invited to Taco Bell’s test kitchen to get a glimpse of the new dessert. Deep fried little balls of sweet dough, made with Cap’n Crunch Berries cereal with a warm, sugary, gooey milk icing inside than dusted with more Cap’n Crunch on the outside. Swoon.

It’s pretty much fast food cereal. What more could we want in life?

The Delights will be available for purchase at restaurants in Bakersfield, California in sets of two for $1 or a dozen for $4.49.  Lets hope the test market goes well, and everyone will get a chance to try out these little fried balls of happiness.
