CRANSTON, R.I. — An 18-year-old Rhode Island girl is recovering after being clipped by a car on Thursday.

A camera was rolling as the woman ran across the street, ending up in the snow after the crash.

Minutes before the crash, 18-year-old Taylor Pernini was involved in a separate five-car pile-up.

After getting out of her car, another car lost control on the snow-covered hill. The driver hit a parked car, which in-turn, hit her.

Pernini wasn't seriously injured.

Cranston police said both accidents were weather related, and did not issue any citations.
