FALL RIVER, Mass.--The prosecution was visibly frustrated with a close cousin of Aaron Hernandez who took the stand in his murder trial Tuesday.

Jennifer Mercado had a smile on her face when she looked at Hernandez, identifying him as her cousin.

Mercado claimed she couldn't remember several details she already testified to for a grand jury. She blamed her memory loss on medications she's taking for PTSD and depression.

Mercado said she did remember, however, that Ernest Wallace often stayed at her Bristol home on Lake Avenue that she shared with Tanya Singleton.

Mercado testified she could tell Wallace and Carlos Ortiz were smoking pot laced with PCP outside the house the night of Odin Lloyd's murder before getting into a silver car believed to be the rented Nissan Altima.

"They were just real jittery, sweating, I know Charlie Boy (Ortiz) had a wash cloth--or a towel, and he'd wiped his face with it," Mercado said.

On security video from the night of Lloyd's murder, Ortiz is seen with a towel around his neck, and cops recovered a towel at the crime scene.

Even though it's been established during the trial that Hernandez smoked a lot of pot, Mercado claimed she never saw him smoke PCP.
