NEW HAVEN--For the second day in a row protesters gathered to demand answers after a YouTube video depicted a violent arrest of a 15-year-old girl.

About 20 people turned out on Church Street and marched to the mayor's office.

It was confirmed by Mayor Toni Harp's office on Tuesday afternoon that the officer who arrested the girl has been placed on desk duty as internal affairs continues its inquiry into the situation.

The family of Teandrea Cornelius, the girl at the center of the controversy, says she has a fractured shoulder from the arrest, which took place at the New Haven St. Patrick's Day Parade.
