DANBURY- Police are investigating after a teenager was killed in a single car crash in Danbury on Sunday morning.
Authorities say at 7:56 a.m another driver found a black Chevy Cobalt down an embankment on Crows Nest Lane, just south of the Birch Wood Condominiums.
When first responders arrived they found the 17-year old male inside of the vehicle, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe the car veered off the road, went airborne and crashed into a tree. The identity of the teen has not been released pending family notification.
