Penny was left behind when her person passed away. While she is over eight years old, she acts like a much younger dog. Our vet thought she was five or six, and was shocked when they were told she was 8-1/2. She is recently spayed, and fully vaccinated.
Penny gets along great with other dogs; she has a steady, easy-going way about her that draws others to her. Outside, she's great on a leash, and has low to medium energy. Her owner used to take her for long hikes, and that kept her in good shape. She also loves going for rides and gets along wonderfully with everyone she meets.
Penny is a really just a good dog that needs someone else to give her a chance.
