BRISTOL —  A landlord is facing a slew of charges for failing to maintain some of the buildings he owns.

He’s been in trouble for this twice in two weeks and he is now facing 17 counts of violating Bristol’s property maintenance code.

Anthony Cammariere is accused of failing to make repairs to his rental properties, letting things get so bad, the city of Bristol forced some of his tenants to leave their apartments and the city condemned one of his buildings.

The addresses are 37 Summer Street, 81 Park and 267 Main.

The landlord was first arrested on April 27, and then on Wednesday, he turned himself in at police headquarters for the latest infractions.

The problems in the buildings range from open wiring, sewage problems and structural concerns.

A Fox CT crew could see the city notices posted on the doors at the locations indicating the buildings are unfit.

The landlord is even charged with reckless endangerment because the first time the city posted those warning signs he’s accused of tearing them off.

Cammariere has a court date on May 14. In the meantime, he’s out on bond.
