STAFFORD – A motorcycle accident shut down part of Route 190 in Stafford Saturday afternoon, in the area of Orcuttville Road and Cooper Lane. The road was closed for hours.
According to the accident report, two motorcycles that were both traveling east collided on Route 190.
State Police identify one of the riders as 55-year-old Timothy Hood of Enfield. He was transported by ambulance to Johnson Memorial Hospital.
The other rider is and 54-year-old Peter Black of Rockville. He was flown to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, by LifeFlight.
