HARTFORD – Police have identified a city teen who was killed Tuesday night. Mariano Gonzalez III, 17, was shot on Irving Street around 9 p.m.
Shotspotter technology detected 17 shots were fired. Police found the victim i nthe driver’s seat of a car shot in the head. He was taken to Saint Francis Hospital and pronounced dead just after 4:15 a.m.
