HOOKSETT, NH – A woman who called police to ask for help getting into her apartment when she was locked out ended up being arrested on identity theft charges from a case in Wallingford.

Early Saturday morning, a woman called Hooksett Police for help with getting into her apartment. Lori Fusaris, 43 of Hooksett, New Hampshire, was locked out, but police discovered that she had a felony warrant for issued in  Wallingford Identity Theft, Larceny & Illegal Use of a Credit Card.

Police arrested Fusaris and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.

Fusaris is being held without bail and will be arraigned on May 26.
