BEAVERCREEK, Ohio — Police say one person suffered minor injuries when a strong storm lifted a pickup truck and blew it into a building at a shopping center in southwest Ohio.
Beavercreek police Capt. Eric Grile says the person in the truck was one of two people injured when the storm rolled through the Dayton suburb late Tuesday afternoon, damaging businesses and nearby homes, overturning cars and downing power lines.
WHIO-TV reports the National Weather Service confirms a tornado touchdown.
