SOUTHINGTON – Police identified the victim in a fatal crash that happened Tuesday afternoon.
Bruce Belanger, 52 of Southington, was killed when his car went off the road, hit a mailbox, and a tree at 865 Mount Vernon Rd.
Belanger was taken to Bradley Memorial Hospital and later pronounced dead.
