MILFORD–Police have arrested a teen after determining a house fire in April was intentionally lit.
On April 15 the Milford Fire Department responded to a house fire on Point Road, and police joined in on the investigation after it was deemed suspicious.
The American Red Cross also responded to the scene to help a family of two–an adult and a child–with emergency housing, food and clothes.
On Monday, police arrested a 13-year-old and charged the juvenile with arson in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the third degree.
The juvenile was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.
