NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — Plenty of families will be hitting pools and water parks to beat the Summer heat.
This new YouTube video is highlighting just how important it is to make sure eagle-eyed lifeguards are on duty when kids take a dip.
The video shows a crowded wave pool in South Carolina. What most people fail to see at the beginning is a child in the middle of the pool who fell off his float and can’t stay above the water.
Thankfully, the lifeguard spots the boy, quickly dives in, and rescues him.
