Hartford police investigate shooting that injured one man

HARTFORD – One man was shot early Saturday morning in the city’s North End.

Police said the unidentified victim was hit twice in the hip and the bicep and was taken to St. Francis Hospital where he is in critical but stable condition.

Police said the victim is 22-years-old.

They believe the shooting stemmed from a dispute at the Ranch House restaurant. Police were alerted to the shooting after being alerted through the shot spotter audio monitoring system.
