BRANFORD – Police arrested a man they said sexually assaulted a teenage boy over the course of three years.
Police charged Frank Cole, 66 of Branford, on Wednesday and charged him with Sexual Assault in the first and second degrees, and Risk of Injury to a Minor. Cole was released on $300,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in New Haven Court on Thursday.
Police received a complaint in May 2014 from an 18-year-old victim who accused Cole of sexually assaulting him from June 2011 to January 2014.
