HARTFORD - Betty is a Staffordshire and pit bull mix who is about 5 years old.

Folks call her “Betty Blue” for her color, or “Betty Boo” or “Beautiful Betty” just for fun. She's built like a rhino but soft like a marshmallow.

Betty is a very laid-back, inactive dog; definitely not an athlete, she prefers a lazy life, car rides, and hanging out.

She gets along with everyone and loves to be doted upon. Betty is good with most other dogs, pending intros. She's unfazed by cats and has a very maternal instinct. She has had a couple litters, and seems to have outlasted her last owners use for her as a puppy machine. Protectors of Animals believes she was discarded before they found her roaming and she was never claimed.
