NAUGATUCK — Police say they found an elderly man safe and unharmed after he hadn’t been seen by his family or friends in several weeks. John Zeneski, 80, is about 6 feet tall, weighs 170 lbs, and has gray hair and blue eyes.
Police say Zeneski was reported to have last been seen on or about July 20 by neighbors. He had been working as a Park Ranger at the Shepaug Dam, but his employer said he resigned from his position about two weeks ago. But, on Tuesday, August 11, police say they were able to locate him.
Family members had advised that he has become noticeably more forgetful recently and also seemed confused.
