An arrest warrant has been issued for Robert Graham, 59, of Hartford. He is charged with Jackson’s murder.

Police say Graham may have ties to Springfield, Massachusetts. He should be considered extremely dangerous.

Jackson, 23, of Hartford, went missing on August 11. She was last seen getting into a car, of her own free will, with a man around 11 p.m. Her family reported her missing the next day when she didn’t come home.

Last Friday, August 14, Fox CT spoke with friends of Jackson’s. At that time, they said that the person who saw her get into the car that night saw that her friend Robert was driving the car.

Police said when they first reported the missing person’s report that they had located the man with whom Jackson was last seen, as well as his car. The car was seized and police said they had interviewed the man several times.

Robert GrahamBefore she was found, Jackson’s family said that it was very unlike her to disappear, especially because she has a 5-year-old son.

On Tuesday, exactly one week after she disappeared, members of a search party looking for Jackson found a female body on Granby Street in Bloomfield, later identified as Tashauna.
