Swordfish goes directly on the grill since it is a hard meaty fish.
Salmon has to be put onto foil since it breaks easily
Maple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 Side Foley’s Fresh All Natural Atlantic Salmon (approximately 3 lbs.)
- 6 oz. Maple Syrup
- 6 oz. Rice Vinegar
- Preparation:
Preheat grill to 450°F. Take a full side of salmon and place on aluminum foil, skin side down. Using a whisk, mix maple syrup and flavored rice vinegar together and pour over the top of the salmon. Wrap up salmon with foil and bake on grill for 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Take salmon off the grill and slice into fillets leaving skin on the foil. Enjoy!
