HARTFORD -- One person was arrested early Tuesday after a hit-and-run crash injured two pedestrians.
Police found the vehicle they suspected was involved at 10-14 Homestead Ave., and arrested Tonya Verdejo, 41, of East Hartford.
She was charged with two counts of assault, DUI, and evading responsibility.
