FAIRFIELD — Police say 10 men have been arrested after they came to a house intending to have sex with a 12-year-old girl or a 13-year-old boy.
Fairfield police partnered in the undercover sting with Chris Hansen, a former reporter from the show “To Catch A Predator.” They say the men were ages 19 to 64.
The Connecticut Post reports a 32-year-old math teacher from Harrison, New York, and a 27-year-old Connecticut National Guard member from Stratford were among those arrested. Police say the Stratford man had a bag in his car containing a loaded gun, a roll of duct tape, a knife and a box of condoms.
Five of the men are from Connecticut.
