MIDDLETOWN–A ATV crash left at least one kid injured in Middletown Thursday evening.
Two kids were riding an ATV in the woods off of River Road when it flipped.
LifeStar responded to the scene to transport at least one of the kids to the hospital with injuries. It’s unclear what the condition of the children are at this time.
