NORWICH — An overturned tractor-trailer is blocking an exit ramp from I-395 and is expected to take several hours to clear.
Troopers responded around 6:30 a.m. to the accident on I-395 North by the exit to Route 2 West. The exit was formerly designated as Exit 81W, but is now Exit13 B.
Police expect the exit ramp will be closed for several hours.
Drivers should get off at Exit 14 (formerly Exit 82), go down West Town Street and then get on Route 2.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
