HARTFORD–Connecticut Children’s Medical Center is hosting its 23rd annual Storybook Gala this November, and in preparation the staff spoke with FOX 61’s own meteorologist Rachel Frank about the importance of reading to children.
Rachel shared her favorite storybook, “Lady Pancake and Sir French Toast,” while reading to her 10-month-old son, Andon.
“Reading with my little man to support a great cause!” Rachel said. “I think my voice for “Baron Von Waffle” is on point. But Andon steals the show.”
