LAKE QUEREAU, QUEBEC — You may not be able to buy one at the store, but this inventor took his self-made hoverboard to new heights.
Canadian inventor Catalin Alexandru Duru built a propeller-based hoverboard that was able to travel 905 ft 2 inches. That qualified for a new Guinness World Records title for Farthest flight by a hoverboard.
Catalin was about 16 feet up and flew the length of three football fields over Lake Ouareau in Quebec, Canada.
