GLASTONBURY – In August, the Glastonbury Police Department received a report of over $20,000 worth of jewelry stolen from a Glastonbury residence.
The Glastonbury resident suspected Eric C. Wallace, 32, of Camp Street in Meriden, as being responsible for the theft since he was working for a pest control company and was the only person who had access to the jewelry.
An investigation revealed Wallace sold most of the jewelry at local pawn shops.
He was arrested at his home, charged with first-degree larceny and held on $10,000 bail.
