WEST HARTFORD — Shoppers have a new store to check out as the holiday season starts to get underway.
West Elm which carries home furnishings and accessories opened in Blue Back Square on Thursday. The store has more than 9,000 square feet of space. It’s the second Connecticut location for the company.
The retailer will feature crafts from five local artists in its “local” program. The store also features holiday products and design services.
The store will give away exclusive tote bags to the first 300 shoppers with a $50 minimum purchase.
