WEST HARTFORD — Crews have finished repairing a water main break that ruptured Monday morning.

Metropolitan District Commission said crews finished repairing an 8 inch water main break on South Highland Street around 11 a.m.  Crews had shut down water for nine commercial properties and multi-family homes on South Highland Street between Farmington Avenue and Fennway.
