Equine therapy can help veterans suffering from service related health problems like PTSD. Jane Strong, from "The Equus Effect" joined FOX 61 Morning Extra to talk about the therapy techniques used and how the horses can help.

They offer a five-session curriculum that includes exercises and activities on the ground with the horses as well as specific practices derived from a process called somatic experiencing, developed by Dr. Peter Levine.
